Why we exist
Built around a simple belief.
Dinámica Solutions was created around a simple belief: businesses should be able to benefit from powerful technology without needing their own technology department to make it happen.
For more than 15 years, our founder, Edgar Arana, worked building technology products and platforms for large organizations, including systems used behind the scenes by millions of people every day. That experience showed him what is possible when the right technology is built around a real business need.
It also exposed a gap. Many businesses do not have product managers, engineers, integration specialists or AI teams sitting down the hall. Yet they face many of the same challenges: disconnected systems, repetitive work, information scattered across different places, missed opportunities, and technology that does not quite work the way their business does.
Dinámica was created to help close that gap.
Our philosophy
The Business Comes First.
We don't believe every problem needs AI. We don't believe every business needs more software. And we don't believe technology should replace the expertise, relationships and judgment that make a great business great.
Sometimes the right answer is AI. Sometimes it is automation, connecting existing systems, building something custom, or simply making better use of technology a business already has.
The technology should follow the business need, not the other way around.
That principle guides everything we build.
Our name
Why Dinámica?
Dinámica.
Dinámica means dynamic.
Businesses are constantly changing. Customers change. Technology changes. Competition changes. The way people communicate and work changes. We chose the name because we believe technology should help businesses adapt to that change rather than make it harder.
Our role is to make that technology practical, useful and accessible.

For more than 15 years, Edgar has worked at the intersection of technology, product strategy, financial technology, payments and business operations.
Much of that work has been behind the scenes, building and managing technology that has to connect systems, move information reliably, support complex business processes and work at scale.
But one question kept coming back: why should that level of technology capability be limited to companies with large technology teams?
Dinámica Solutions grew from the belief that it shouldn't be.
Today, Edgar brings the same product discipline used to build technology at scale to businesses that may not have those capabilities internally: understand the problem first, design around the people doing the work, use the right technology, and measure whether it actually made something better.
We are also proudly bilingual, serving businesses and their customers in both English and Spanish.
