Dinámica offers digital marketing, social media management, web design, Google ranking, and AI-based solutions. Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before any project starts.

3. Payments and contracts

• We work with no long-term contracts. Services are billed monthly or per project.
• Payments are made up front at the start of each month or phase.
• You can cancel any time before the next billing cycle.

4. Guarantee

We offer a results guarantee as agreed in each proposal. Specific terms are defined in writing at the start of the project.

5. Intellectual property

Materials we create (designs, copy, websites) become the client’s property once final payment is settled. Dinámica retains the right to feature the work in its portfolio.

6. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee specific sales or traffic outcomes beyond what’s agreed in writing. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
